Happy December everyone! We're practically at the end of the year and I am looking forward to ending on a high note!
We're talking Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on this episode, specifically within the context of the book Healing Trauma by Peter A. Levine. From what I've read so far, I recommend! Along with discussing points of the book I thought important to highlight, I also share a couple of personal experiences involving traumatic events and the aftermath. They were certainly a learning experience.
