Pony & Plague interview Frosty, founding Site-Q at The Rabbit Hole. Frosty provides an authentic look into his F3 journey as well as some parallels between F3 and AA (12-step program). He demonstrates great self-awareness in his explanation of thoughts/feelings that men often have and how we can overcome negative/selfish thinking by focusing outward on others.
