Basically, it seems to me there is risk for both sides - and if there is interest - I would be happy to serve as a mediator or otherwise help the parties resolve the appeal before there are rulings...

I am re-posting on March 15, 2026, with my thoughts of November 4, 2025 on how the argument went. Basically, it seems to me there is risk for both sides - and if there is interest - I would be happy to serve as a mediator or otherwise be of assistance to help the parties resolve the appeal before a ruling is handed down by the US Court of Appeals.
