Let that sink in. Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley are the furnace right now. Upper 90s possible by tomorrow afternoon. Tonight only cools to about 59 degrees down there. Your AC is earning its paycheck early this year. Slide north to Austin and San Antonio. Eighty eight degrees this afternoon with plenty of sun and a gusty south breeze.
