In this very first episode, we’re asking a bold question: Is God a genie?

This conversation is raw, honest, and Spirit-led. We talk about the ways many of us, especially early in our faith, fall into the mindset of treating God transactionally. We pray, we fast, we serve, and we expect something in return. But what happens when He doesn’t come through the way we thought He would? What happens when we realize our prayers were more about getting something than knowing Him?

Each of us shares personal experiences that exposed those tendencies in our own walks. From fasting to get our nails done, to praying for blessings without first surrendering our hearts, to watching others wrestle with disappointment when God doesn’t respond the way they expected—this episode is filled with real stories, laughter, conviction, and truth.
