John Osborne is a Certified Sports Podiatrist and PhD candidate at La Trobe University. His current doctoral research specifically investigates the role of muscle strength in plantar heel pain (plantar fasciitis). A published researcher, John recently authored an analysis of foot and ankle exercise prescription for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Research, which he presented at the 2023 Sports Medicine Australia Conference. With a background in strength and conditioning, he is a dedicated advocate for evidence-based care and the continued advancement of the podiatry profession in Australia.
