Details of then Prince Imperial Adolf Hitler the Hohenzollern's abduction from a bar in München in November 1923. He was illegally detained in empty Landsberg Prison for 13 months. Whilst he was missing, there was an attempt at a coup against the government of Germany. He was very lucky to be released unharmed after the coup had failed.

The incident caused the flag known as the "Blutfahne". Prince Imperial Adolf used compensation awarded to him for wrongful arrest and wrongful imprisonment to run for a seat in parliament.

If they had not illegally held him in Landsberg Prison for 13 months illegally, he probably would never have gotten involved in politics.
