PROPERTY INSURANCE AND NEW ROOFS! (THE FLORIDA INSURANCE CRISIS)
Notas del episodio
Just because Realtor.com, says that a new roof has been replaced on an existing house doesn't mean that it meets Florida code, doesn't mean that it will pass the required wind mitigation test, doesn't mean that you're going to get insurance. So don't be misled by what realtor.com says the only thing that matters is the wind mitigation report and the criteria that must be met in order to pass it, and to obtain insurance on an existing home that you wish to buy or if you're the seller that you wish to sell.
