Rosie, originally from the Falkland Islands, graduates from college this June — and along with this stellar achievement, she comes away, in-hand, with a newly renovated sailing vessel she lovingly calls Gentoo, named for the Gentoo penguins commonly found, year-round, among the Falkland Islands.
