In this episode of Our Voices, Our Future, we welcome Dr. Diane and Dr. Dayna Ukwuoma, two inspiring sisters whose journeys through medicine exemplify perseverance, compassion, and sisterhood. Dr. Diane is an adult and child psychiatrist who trained at the American University of Antigua, SUNY Upstate, and Johns Hopkins. Her sister, Dr. Dayna, is a general pediatrician who also graduated from the American University of Antigua and completed her pediatrics residency at SUNY Upstate. Together, they share how their parallel paths have shaped their perspectives on representation, mentorship, and belonging in medicine.
