Even if you've completed training once, it can be hard to remember how to do one-off tasks in technology. Mass General Brigham's solution is Opus for just-in-time learning needs. Opus provides MGB employees with on-screen support for completing tasks in Workday and UKG by offering job aids, simulations, and interactive demonstrations right in the application. It aims to enhance an employee’s training experience with just-in-time support, accessible via a web advisor lightbulb icon in your internet browser toolbar. Workday job aid resources and all training will be available to MGB employees starting October 21, 2024, with full access by January 1, 2025.
