A vulnerability hangover is characterized by feelings of shame, guilt, regret, and fear that usually occur in the aftermath of taking an emotional risk, a temporary state of emotional self-doubt after being vulnerable with another person or group. While J.T. thinks this condition might be reserved for Jordan's over-sharing tendencies, she feels her highly sensitive dude is susceptible to feeling the hangover of being judged for his authenticity.
