In this sixth installment of I'm Noticing--as you may be suspecting by now--we discover what is present, what parts of us are resisting the process, and what we're noticing shows up in the container that reflects broader patterns in our systems, relationships and interactions.
We're seeking to bring more connecting language to our descriptions of our systems and communicate in a way that facilitates fluidity with our noticings.
As far as I could tell, the audio quality is much more consistent in this episode and should be good the rest of the way forward!
