Welcome to the Container

In the first episode of I'm Noticing, we begin to construct the container for our shared experience.

We talk about intentions, influences, goals, benefits, perceptions.....

This is also an experiment in editing and producing a podcast! In keeping with the intentions of the container, I have specifically challenged my own perfectionism by just putting the episode out without spending lots of time tinkering with minor details, learning the whole suite of editing tricks, etc. I hope you'll be forgiving along this journey as I learn to do a better job producing!
