Originally from Oklahoma and now based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Dr. Swink is a distinguished executive and Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning education, business, construction, marketing, and hospitality across the United States.

She is widely respected for her servant leadership approach, building strong partnerships and driving strategic solutions that strengthen teams, organizations, and communities. A proud first-generation scholar, Dr. Swink earned both her PhD and master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Keiser University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma.
