Join me in today's Hit Pause meditation, where you will focus on being kinder to yourself. Learn to embrace imperfections, and impermance by exploring the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi.

Wabi-sabi teaches us to recognize that we, along with everything else, have flaws, and this is part of what makes us real and beautiful.

In today’s practice, I invite you to identify parts of your life that you obsess over and make an effort to let go. Let go of the feeling of not being enough and let go of the mental burden of never being satisfied.
