Signs of trading on tilt:

- increasing your risk size above your initial tolerance.

- a trade that has been adjusted multiple times (2-3).

- always checking the position.

- placing trades you wouldn't normally place (either different market conditions or pairs).

- I don't care, I just need to win my money back.

-You don’t realize how deep of a hole that you’re digging for yourself. Analogy. Delusional focus. A sense of mania

- “Don’t move the SL after placing the trade” is in your plan, but you move it to let it “breath” > cognitive distance. Your behaviors contradict your beliefs. Letting emotions make the call even though you know your plan is profitable but you lack the discipline to trade.
