Strength and Conditioning coaches here in the states will soon be doing their GPP phase in 4-6 weeks. Is this something that ALL athletes need? If so, do they all need the same amount of time in the GPP phase? For instance can your most refined lifters only do 1 week of GPP? Research would indicate they can.
