This week on the @about_violence Podcast, we are joined by Lisa Jaster. (@lisaajaster) Reserve Army engineer officer Lieutenant Colonel Lisa Jaster (@lisaajaster) was one of the first three women to graduate from the elite and arduous US Army Ranger school, one of the world's most physically and mentally challenging leadership courses. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and a master’s in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She has multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, receiving two bronze stars as well as a combat action badge. She is currently part of the Army Reserve Element for Joint Staff out of Norfolk, VA.
