Quit ADDICTION for FREEDOM | it is time to fight and live a life of no regrets

Spent your day on TikTok? Ate cookies and cakes for lunch? Emptied a whole pack of cigarettes in 2 hours? Drunk this bottle of wine by yourself? Addiction creeps in every little cracks of our sorrow and self-doubt, and affects all of us. Celebrities die from it and many enter the 27 club. But as they say that all good things must come to an end, so do bad things. "Nothin' lasts forever, even cold November rain." Even more so, when you have the power within you to change and free yourself from addictions and what causes them. Thank you 2024, and here's to a new year full of blessings. HOLD ON and HEAL | you are stronger than you think, and worthy of it all

Depression, anxiety, sorrow and despair. If this is your life, you are not alone. We all deal with the harsh reality of living in this brutal, cruel and sick world. But there is hope. Where there is shadow, there is light. Where there is evil, there is good. And as your experiences may have made you fearful, angry, helpless, broken, all wound can be healed. It starts with looking at them, and letting them go. As humans, we can handle a lot more than we realise. Tired and hurt to see women with unreachable looks getting so much attention? Me too. Are we jealous? Well, we are more likely blind by a fake reality based on our fear that our value equals our looks. All these beauty goals and standards are illusions made by makeup, filters, photoshop and surgery to create insecurities and sell more products. The good news?
