Alisa Di Beasi is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PHINIA, a global developer and manufacturer of premium fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions for light and commercial vehicles and industrial applications.

Alisa was appointed VP and CHRO for PHINIA in 2023. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for two BorgWarner businesses (most recently Fuel Systems and Aftermarket), joining the manufacturer in 2020. While at BorgWarner, she led the Delphi Technologies integration, a significant portion of which became PHINIA.
