Wing Commander (1999): Poirot Versus Matthew Lilliard Is The Scream Movie We Never Got

Based on the popular 1990s series of PC games, this science-fiction thriller stars 90s favourites Freddie Prinze Jr and Matthew Lillard in a story that feels like a mash-up of Top Gun and Starship Troopers. However, the film seems to be focusing its attention in the wrong areas. Tune in to this episode as Jamie and Rory discuss where the film goes wrong and how it could be fixed. Bubsy (1993): What Could Possibly Go Wrong? EVERYTHING!

We love uncovering forgotten gems here on VGMP and this certainly ranks amongst them. Whilst he never stood with the likes of Sonic and Mario in the hall of platformer greats, Bubsy Bobcat had a few games in the early 1990s that were successful enough to warrant trying a cartoon based on the property. The result was this TV pilot that was not picked up for a full series. When you watch it, you'll understand why. This show is like an acid trip on the Vegas Strip.
