We're waking up to 47 degrees along the Wasatch Front — a full 23 degrees warmer than yesterday. And this is just the beginning. Here's the breakdown: The Wasatch Front is enjoying a serious spring preview. Highs climb to 59 degrees today under sunny skies. Tonight stays mild too, only dipping to 41. But don't pack away the jacket just yet. A weak cold front Tuesday brings a 23 degrees-degree temperature crash. Down in St. George, it's basically summer. You're hitting 73 degrees today and 77 tomorrow. Overnight lows stay in the 40s — perfect weather for evening stargazing under those clear desert skies. This warmth is no fluke. By Friday, highs push into the mid-80s. The mountains tell a different story. While the valleys bake, higher elevations start at a chilly 25 degrees this morning. Even there, you'll climb to a respectable 50 by afternoon. The real mountain drama arrives Tuesday. That cold front brings a slight chance of rain and snow showers.
