Episode 1: Your Life on Urgency

Rebecca Vigelius introduces a podcast series aimed at helping high-performing women overcome the constant urgency that affects their health and relationships. She emphasizes the need to shift from a "Happy Friday" mindset to a "Happy Monday" attitude, advocating for a new era of high performance called the "capacity era." Rebecca highlights that 60% of senior women experience burnout, with women in leadership experiencing burnout at a rate 10 percentage points higher than men. She argues that urgency is a learned behaviour and proposes practices to achieve a more balanced, present, and effective life without sacrificing ambition or success. Book your Choice Audit
