Episode notes
As a follow up from our last episode, we wanted to highlight that there are other options available to all of us. Many times we fall into patterns because that is what we were taught, or experienced. It doesn't have to be like that any more. We can be changed by the power and encounter of God. That encounter can change our patterns and our past. Remember, just because that is how it's always been, doesn't mean that it has to go that way still.
