[§203] Christ Ministers on All His Celestial Earths

Unveiling Jesus Christ by John Cassinat

Episode notes

This podcast explains the meaning and symbolism of the parable found in Doctrine and Covenants Section 88:51-61, called the Parable of the Lord of the Fields. In this parable, Jesus Christ is Lord over the countless celestial earths he created to become habitable earths for all God’s children who kept their first estate. These many earths are symbolized by the field in the parable. In the parable, Christ sends one servant to the field in each hour of a 12-hour day. The Lord visits and ministers to each of the 12 servants consecutively in their hour beginning with the first to the last. After the first series of hourly visits, Christ visits each servant in their time in reverse order from the last to the first. Finally, the Lord visits each servant in his season from the first to the last.
