We bought land in Chiriqui, Panama! Today's episode is full of so much excitement, because we share all about our gorgeous piece of land & future farm, here in Las Lajas, Chiriqui, Panama. We purchased 7.1 hectares, or about 17 acres of overgrown pasture land, about 15 minutes from our favorite beach.
We discuss the 6 non-negotiable features we were looking for in a piece of farm land here. We then talk about how we spent multiple weeks looking at different pieces of property and the 2-3 properties that really stood out to us. We share how the farm we ended up buying was not actually listed. It was shared with us by a local Panamanian realtor, and owned by a local Panamanian woman. We share how quickly we fell in love with it, the process of looking at it, putting an offer in, etc.
