Ep. 25 - Trump v Biden: the ultimate geriatric showdown

Today we are getting POLITICAL. Unusual. I know. But hey this first presidential debate was so bad that I simply had to talk about it. I am begging you xx You can follow me on Instagram and Threads @robscal.jpg, on TikTok @flushdatoiletyebiach

Ep. 24 - Taylor Swift vs Charli XCX Drama

Messy boots are back on. In this episode I will try my best to navigate the dangerous waters of stan culture by discussing the recent chart and sales competition between Taylor Swift and Charlie XCX. I will strive to bring a more nuanced take on this by taking both sides as a fellow swiftie and Charli fan. Please don't crucify me for my opinion, I am very sensitive xx You can follow me on Instagram and Threads @robscal.jpg, on TikTok @flushdatoiletyebiach

Ep. 23 - A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara (Book Review)

After two months of emotional distress I am finally here to give you all my review of "A Little Life" by Hanya Yanagihara. I will be getting into the plot of this book so watch out for spoilers!!! But I have tried my best to keep the first half of the review as spoiler free as possible. So tune in and see for yourself if you are brave enough to partake in this traumatic and depression-inducing read!!! Ep. 22 - Kpop Drama: Did LE SSERAFIM Standardise Mediocrity?

I am getting back into my Kpop bag for this episode. Watch out. I will be giving a bit of an overview of 4th and 5th gen while trying to analyse the rise (and fall) of mediocre live performances brought by the now uncountable new girl groups on the Kpop scene. Yes I will be dropping names and yes I am scared of getting harassed by the fans. But I am your bravest soldier and I shall go to war. Ep. 21 - Challengers: a movie about tennis (?)

Another movie review coming your way. Might be a bit early to say, but this might actually be one of my favourite movies of the year. Warner Brothers coming in hot with another thought provoking movie that is having a persistent chokehold on the culture. Tune in to hear my thought on the movie as I celebrate (and thirst over) Zendaya, Josh O'Connor and THE ONE AND ONLY Mike Faist. Ep. 16 - Jojo Siwa was a Bad Girl

Long time no see! This episode is about the one and only Jojo Siwa, her new song Karma, the amount of memes coming out of her "bad girl" era and just in general her failed attempt at rebranding. I will get into a bit of a rundown of her career while also trying to understand why she is probably one of the most insufferable and cringe internet personalities of our generation - spoiler alert, it always comes back to the trauma of being a child star. But of course, tune in to find out more! You can follow me on Instagram and Threads @robscal.jpg, on TikTok @flushdatoiletyebiach
