Here's a little dose of heart medicine thanks to my brave friend, Eve. She just had her first day of first grade, and her experience is one that can benefit people of all ages. Kids and adults are all required to summon up the courage to do new things, tango with uncertainty, and trust that we have the ability to figure it along the way.
