Joining me this week is Finn Mellon, Irish big wave surfer and windsurfer!

We discussed his upbringing in Ireland and how his dad influenced his love of the ocean, before moving onto his early pro career in windsurfing, before carving a niche and now getting into big wave surfing.

Something we talked of a lot was ego, how he has no time for it at all, despite how successful he's become in his chosen sports. A really interesting conversation with a man who rides waves the size of buildings, getting an insight into that mindset and how the boys prepare for it was really sick.
