In this episode we take a look at the passage of the "Sermon on the Mount" where Jesus talks about worry. This is not an easy one to talk about. We talk about a lot of different aspects of worry, of what it can do to us physically, mentally, and spiritually. Most importantly how we are commanded in scripture to handle worry/anxiety in our lives.
