Chapter 1: What Sucess Means to You
We will explore success across different times, from the ancient Greeks to the Hindus and modern Positive Psychology. We will apply the Wheel of Life to your current life.
Chapter 2: The Full Life Begins with You
We will explore the House of the Full Life. This model includes the basement (you) and two columns (Others and Occupation). This chapter will focus on You. Your physical and spiritual health is the foundation of the Full Life house. Three elements in a healthy life: Eat, Move and Sleep.
Chapter 3: Your Relationships
We will focus on the importance of relationships in developing our Full Lives. Our relationships include our life partners and friends. It is essential to practice empathic listening and show gratitude.
Chapter 4: Your Occupation
This is the second column of the Full Life House. Your occupations take a big part of your adult life. Therefore, it is very important to dedicate to activities that contribute to your flourishing; we will apply the Japanese model called IKIGAI.
Chapter 5: How to Be More Positive
Having a positive attitude contributes to your Full Life. We will learn about Positive Psychology and meditation.
Chapter 6: Your Values and The full Life
You will use the Wheel of Life to identify your essential values. We will then explore three life options: doing the same, following your passion, and living without limits. From this exercise, we will create your ideal life. You finally make a life board of your Full Life.
Chapter 7: Your Purpose in Life
Your purpose is the compass that guides your life to the destination you want.
Chapter 8: Decision Making
Once you have decided the life you want to live, your Full Life, it is time to actualize it by making the right decisions. You must choose between radical and gradual change.
Chapter 9: Personal Change that Lasts
Good intentions often do not become real. It is crucial to maintain the change and not go back to old ways. Three elements help us to ain't the change we want: focus on a few goals at a time, create a winning attitude, and get support from others.
