This week I tie love, and suicide, and blame together in a real way. We ought to love and care.
Happy social worker awareness month, I may be slightly annoying this month, but it is all with great intentions! Thankful to be a social worker, thankful to be a Christian, holding everyone is thankful to be listening! Enjoy

This is my most recent experience of a self care massage, 10/10
Sadness is contagious sometimes, and life is a precious gift. I lost a friend and have been in a weird head space since. Come with me for a moment of clarity as I mourn and remember my loved friend T.K.
