50 years of the Canberra Food Co-op!
Episode notes
Good morning folks! If you're a person alive in this country, you're desperate to conceive of a way of life that isn't hurtling towards extended pain and disaster for your descendants. This week, we chat to one of many groups trying to prototype a better, fairer and more sustainable world—my old employers at the Canberra Food Co-operative Shop and Café!
We speak with Tyla, an old friend who is part of the Co-op's 50th celebration organising team, and she was such a lovely time we're tempted to ask her to come back.
Among the other celebrations, they are launching a cookbook that doubles as a history book! If you'd love to preorder a copy, please do so at this link: https://cbrfoodcoop.org.au/index.php/product/50th-anniversary-recipe-book-preorder/
