Episode notes

Episode #3 of SB Podcast

A conversation about stepping up to a role we didn't expect to receive.

Next podcast with my boy EJ! Found a nice little cafe to do this. This podcast was more impulsive but we made due with the time and setup! We dive into our experience of being promoted in our jobs. I didn't expect to gain a manager role, especially this soon into my career. But we talk about what it takes and how different it is. We learned to fill the shoes of a supervisor/manager whether we were ready or not. It's very interesting how life can flip without warning. Even when you are hit with an unexpected turn of events, you have control over how you respond.
