The Freedom That Comes From De-Centering Men | De-Centering Men Part: 3

What actually happens when you stop centering your life around men? In the final episode of my De-Centering Men mini series, we're talking about what life looks like on the other side. Because this isn't about giving up on love. It's about creating a life that's already so full that a relationship becomes a bonus instead of the goal. In this episode, we talk about how everything begins to change when you stop making relationships the center of your life. You'll learn why: • You stop panicking when someone leaves. • Dating becomes exciting instead of exhausting. • You enjoy your own company. • You stop settling because you know being single is better than being in the wrong relationship. • Your standards naturally become higher. • Red flags become an instant "ick" instead of something you make excuses for. • You choose your peace more often. • A relationship becomes something that adds to your life instead of becoming your life. • You're no longer afraid of being alone because you've built friendships, hobbies, goals, and a life you genuinely enjoy. • You start accomplishing goals you never thought were possible because your focus shifts back to yourself. • You become happier because your happiness no longer depends on someone else choosing you. The biggest lesson I hope you take away from this series is this: The goal was never to stop wanting love. The goal was to build a life that you'd still be proud of, even if a relationship wasn't part of it today. Because when you choose yourself first, every relationship becomes healthier. If this series helped you see yourself differently, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with another woman who needs this reminder. 👑 And if you're ready to put these lessons into practice with a community of women doing the same, come join the Royally Confident Collective. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? How to Stop Centering Men and Start Choosing Yourself | De-Centering Men Part 2

How do you actually stop centering men? In Part 2 of my De-Centering Men mini series, we're moving beyond why we do it and talking about practical ways to start choosing yourself instead. If you've ever felt like your happiness depends on being in a relationship or found yourself putting your life on hold while waiting for the right person, this episode is for you. In this episode, we talk about: • Building a relationship with yourself • Loving yourself the way you'd love a partner • Investing in friendships • Creating a life that doesn't go on pause when you're single • Finding hobbies and passions that belong to you • Making plans that don't require a partner • Taking a break from dating for six months to a year • Journaling to challenge your beliefs about relationships • Creating goals that don't revolve around finding someone • Building your own happy ending • Learning to validate yourself instead of relying on someone else • Uninstalling dating apps if they're keeping you stuck • Centering your life around you At the end of the episode, I also give you a challenge: For one week, don't make a single decision based on whether a man might approve of it. Sometimes the smallest decisions reveal the biggest patterns. If you're ready to stop abandoning yourself in relationships and start building a life you genuinely love, you're in the right place. Why Women Center Their Lives Around Men | De-Centering Men: Part 1

Why do so many women make relationships the center of their lives? In Part 1 of my De-Centering Men mini series, we're talking about why it happens in the first place. Because the truth is, most of us weren't born believing our worth depended on being chosen. We learned it. In this episode, we talk about: • Why we confuse being chosen with being worthy • Why society teaches us that a relationship is the "happy ending" • Why validation from someone else can feel safer than validating ourselves • How we accidentally build our identity around who wants us • The fear of being alone • The fear of falling behind while everyone else gets married • Why we're often looking for someone to complete us instead of complement us One of the biggest realizations I had was this: "I wasn't obsessed with finding a boyfriend. I was obsessed with finally feeling enough." This conversation isn't about blaming women or blaming men. It's about understanding the pattern so we can finally break it. Because when you stop centering your life around relationships, you finally have the space to build a life that feels like your own. 👑 If you're ready to choose yourself, build your confidence, strengthen your boundaries, and stop abandoning yourself in relationships, you're in the right place. How Solo Traveling Taught Me to Trust Myself Again

I thought moving abroad would change my life. It did... just not in the way I expected. In this episode, I'm sharing how living in different countries completely changed the way I see myself, my confidence, and the decisions I make. Japan taught me to trust myself, even when I was scared. Thailand taught me how to choose myself without feeling guilty. Laos reminded me that I didn't have to change who I was to be accepted. China taught me that not everyone is meant to stay in my life—and that's okay. Vietnam showed me that creating space in relationships is healthy. Malaysia reminded me how much peace there is in enjoying my own company. This conversation isn't really about travel. It's about learning to trust yourself enough to build a life that feels like yours instead of the life everyone else expects you to live. If you've ever felt guilty for putting yourself first, struggled to trust your own decisions, or been afraid to take the next step because of what other people might think, I hope this episode reminds you that confidence isn't about never being scared. It's about choosing yourself anyway. Red Flags vs. Green Flags: What You Should Never Ignore in a Relationship

How do you know if something is actually a red flag—or if you're overthinking? In this episode of Royally Confident, we're talking about relationship red flags, green flags, and the behaviors that are often overlooked. Sometimes we stay because we see someone's potential. Other times, we dismiss healthy behaviors because we're used to chaos. We'll walk through common relationship examples to help you recognize what deserves your attention, what shouldn't be ignored, and how your self-worth influences what you're willing to accept. If you're learning to build healthier relationships and stronger boundaries, this episode is for you. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support?
