RAW Real Authentic Woman

Debunking Childhood beliefs and closing out a year of RAW.
The last episode of season 1. We have officially hit a year of RAW, Real Authentic Woman. And today we are debunking some of my biggest childhood beliefs and replacing them with stronger, healthier ones. We also take a look back at some of my funniest mess up/ blooper moments to reminisce on this year's journey. Enjoy.
Opening up about my journey: exploring my sexuality and finding my identity
Okay, this is my truth. I've struggled to understand my sexuality from a young age and it has been a continuous journey. I wanted to share an authentic truth and this is one that has been hard for me to talk about but I felt called to let it out. This episode will not be like my traditional past episodes; this one is pretty raw and really authentic. Thanks for listening. :)
Unpacking the harsh realities of hustle culture.
Hustle culture is soooo real but it doesn't just equate to work life. We as a society move so fast and it translates into every part of our lives. So today I am unpacking how hustle culture impacts how we go about our daily lives and why we move so fast.
How technology has impacted our human conditioning in culture, dating and work life.
This is a loaded episode. Today we are diving deep into how technology has contributed to our human conditioning. I could have taken this in multiple directions but I decided to stick to three topics that I think hold the most weight when it comes to this conversation. We don't just talk about how technology has impacted our conditioning in culture, dating and work life, but we unpack the history behind that conditioning and how technology has only amplified these beliefs and ways of being.
UNSCRIPTED: My current thoughts on desire to change, being sober and not being afraid to go after what you want.
In this Unscripted episode we are unpacking a lot of my current thoughts about desire to change and wanting to live a more sober life. I also dive into my thoughts on how people are often criticized for talking about what they want or what they desire and we should be allowed to voice what we want without fear of being judged. These unscripted episodes are off the wall and could go anywhere but that's the fun part.
The deeper meaning behind anime.
Today, I really want to highlight the world of Anime and bring light to this Japanese art form. I have become so inspired by the stories and the worlds created in this animation and I decided I wanted to share that with the class. So much of what I've taken from anime I can translate into my everyday life and I believe any character can spark inspiration so tune in.
Adulthood through the eyes of a former athlete.
Being an athlete for as long as I have has given me perspective on the world as I view it today. There is so much to learn from sport that can be translated into real life, and today I really wanted to unpack my experience as an athlete and what it has given me as I've entered the adult world. In the words of Kara Lawson, I've been able to handle hard better because my experience as an athlete pushed me into the person I have become today. Get ready for an episode of hard truths, tough realizations, and new tools to take with you as you navigate the wonderful waters of adulthood.
RAP: Part 2: A conversation with Nae on finding your voice, defining success and navigating the dating world.
Welcome back to Part 2 with Nae. In this episode, we flipped the script. I get a chance to be in the hot seat while Nae kicks off our conversation with some very introspective questions. We cover everything from finding our voice, defining success to navigating the treacherous waters of the dating world.
RAP: Part 1: A conversation with Nae, on grief, self-reflection and societal influence.
I'd like you all to meet Nae, a creator, mentor, and authentic woman. This conversation was so good, we had to split it into two parts. But in this episode, we get deep; we talk about things like grief and how it brings growth. We acknowledge the importance of self-reflection and taking the time to acknowledge where we were, where we are, and where we want to go, but we also look at how societal influences have impacted not only our creativity but also how we view the world and ourselves.
Listen up Boomers & Gen X.
I feel like the older generations rapidly misunderstand Gen Z, and I'm here to talk about it. There is a lot of pressure on my generation from the political climate, the financial constraints, and even the social climate. And more than anything, I think we just want to be heard and seen, so today I try to put some of my generation's perspective on the older generation into words. It gets a little passionate, I try to remain respectful, but I definitely keep it entertaining.
