Burnout, Care, and Jupiter Turning Direct in Cancer

Are you feeling emotionally stretched right now? For many of us, the last few months have stirred deeper emotional waters. Feelings and observations about the state of the world that were easier to set aside before may be surfacing again — grief, tenderness, fatigue, or simply the sense that your heart has been carrying more than usual. When emotions build slowly like this, the nervous system often shifts into management mode. We keep functioning and moving forward while a deeper layer of feeling waits quietly underneath the surface. Jupiter now stations direct after months of retrograde through the emotional terrain of Cancer. Moments like this often reopen space to notice what our hearts have been processing and to reflect on the kinds of nurturing environments we hope to create for ourselves and for one another during a larger time of transition. Join spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson in this week’s episode of Our Waking Dream as she reflects on emotional processing, nervous system sensitivity, and the simple question many people are quietly asking right now: how kind can we be to ourselves and to each other? You’re also invited to the first free Solutions Lab, a live space where we explore real questions together in real time. Because the sessions are conversational and intentionally small, the Zoom link is shared through Coco’s newsletter. Feeling Ready to Shift During Saturn–Neptune Conjunction

Have you felt a spark lately — the urge to move, change, or finally claim what you want? Not because everything is clear, but because something inside you is waking up? We’re entering an Aries crash course this spring. It’s a bridge between what’s falling away and what wants to be born. This is a time to notice your impulses, name your desire, and let go of attachments to how it “should” unfold. With Saturn and Neptune now conjunct in Aries, a new cycle begins around will and purpose. This timing asks us to align personal will with something larger — so it doesn’t become “my way or the highway,” but courageous, playful embodiment. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, strategist and educator Coco Swanson explores how to honor what’s ending, forgive what’s changed, and embody passion again and again — without gripping outcomes. You don’t need to force clarity or rush the future. For more about Coco Swanson, visit https://www.cocoswanson.com. Forward Momentum: Eclipse & Saturn–Neptune Conjunct in Aries

If you’ve been circling what feels heavy, outdated, or relentless, this week may intensify that awareness. In seasons of rapid change, it’s easy to fixate on what’s collapsing — the old patterns, structural fatigue, or the parts of life that no longer align. This episode arrives on the eve of a new moon eclipse on the 17th, squaring Uranus in Taurus and activating our relationship with resources and sustainability. Three days later, on the 20th, Saturn and Neptune meet in Aries, beginning a rare new structural cycle. Together, these movements shift attention away from what’s ending and toward what wants to be built instead. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson reflects on how honoring what’s complete creates space for passion, service, and forward momentum. You don’t need to control the transition or solve the chaos — only to choose where you place your focus. Ending Old Structures: Saturn’s Final Days in Pisces

Have things felt heavy, repetitive, and draining? We’ve been moving through a season of old patterns resurfacing — in relationships, money stories, work dynamics, and global leadership breakdowns — leaving many of usfeeling confused, grief-stricken, fatigued, or burned out. This episode arrives during Saturn’s final days in Pisces, closing a long cycle of karmic review that began in 2023 and intensified over the past several months. As Saturn prepares to move into Aries on Feb 13, this is a powerful window to name what’s ending, forgive what’s ready to be released, and consciously restructure the patterns that no longer deserve to shape your life or leadership. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and mentor Coco Swanson reflects on this threshold and what it supports personally and collectively. You don’t need to fix everything or know what comes next — only to recognize what’s complete. Uranus Stations Direct: Expect the Unexpected this Dynamic Week

If emotions have been close to the surface and old grudges harder to ignore, this week may feel charged. Many people are noticing where the heart has been holding on — to resentment, fatigue, or fixed positions that no longer reflect who they are becoming. This episode lands during a dynamic sequence. A full moon in Leo opens the heart through release and honesty, and shortly after, Uranus stations direct in Taurus, shifting momentum around values, resources, and stability. Together, these movements create a window where emotional clearing gives way to dynamic change. Release first, then movement. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson reflects on this timing and what it supports personally and collectively. You don’t need to force forgiveness, rush transformation, or cling to what’s familiar. For more about Coco Swanson, visit cocoswanson.com To join the newsletter, visit cocoswanson.com/newsletter.

Reclaiming Agency as Neptune Enters Aries - Week of Jan 25

If you’ve been feeling the exhaustion of caring deeply while witnessing leadership fail and responsibility diffuse, you’re sensing a collective strain. Many people are carrying fatigue, frustration, and moral pressure as care for the planet and its inhabitants continues to erode. This episode arrives as Neptune enters Aries on January 26, marking a turning point within an ongoing season of confusion. While clarity hasn’t fully arrived, the tide is beginning to shift toward greater support for agency—first in your own life, then in how you engage with the world. This is spiritual activism rooted in love, responsibility, and service to life. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson reflects on this threshold and what it asks of us now. You don’t need to force certainty, push through burnout, or bypass grief to move forward. For more about Coco Swanson, visit cocoswanson.com. Governing Principles: Ethics, Power, and the Aquarian Shift - Week of Jan 18

Divine discontent is in the air. Many people are feeling a quiet but persistent tension — a sense that something isn’t right, paired with a deeper question about where their own power to create change actually lives when systems feel overwhelming. As familiar structures fracture and what was once hidden becomes harder to ignore, ethics and responsibility move to the foreground. This Aquarian moment invites reflection on what truly governs our choices — personally, professionally, and collectively — beyond reaction or inherited norms. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson explores values, bias, and ethical agency during times of change, offering orientation toward clarity and influence without hardening, blaming, or losing heart. Infusing Soul into Your Work, Week of January 11

Does life feel like a lot of effort right now? Staying steady, showing up, and being responsible can feel heavy, especially when your system is asking for more softness and space. Many people are carrying pressure while trying not to lose their heart in the process. January heightens this tension between commitment and surrender. Capricorn energy emphasizes responsibility and long-term building, while Pisces invites imagination, feeling, and spiritual openness. Together, they ask how to keep moving forward without becoming hardened or depleted. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson explores how to bring soul and heart into what you’re creating—without forcing clarity, pushing through burnout, or abandoning yourself along the way. Capricorn Season: Rebuilding Productivity from Care, Not Pressure

As this week unfolds, many of us feel pressure to stay productive and decisive — even while we're still tired, letting go, or emotionally tender. This tension is heightened right now, as expectations around responsibility and momentum clash with a deeper need for rest, care, and recalibration. Astrologically, we’re moving through a rare Capricorn conjunction with the Sun, Venus, and Mars, alongside longer cycles of release as Neptune, Saturn, and the North Node continue their work in Pisces. This can bring questions about authority, expertise, and legacy — while revealing where productivity has become disconnected from nourishment. In this episode of Our Waking Dream, spiritual strategist and educator Coco Swanson explores how tending the heart and nervous system can strengthen clarity, stewardship, and what you’re here to build — without forcing action or pushing through depletion.
