Sara's life has gotten a bit hectic lately (nobody mention the bags under her eyes!). But luckily, Sara established all of the healthy habits as an infant (we're not kidding; she was just born like this), and she knows that letting one aspect of your life fall apart doesn't mean you have to burn the whole house down! Join us as we shout at you about the importance and awesomeness of sleep! Plus, Caleigh brings a passionate defense against nap-shaming.
