Young Adult Sunday

Join us for a special episode as we reflect on the Young Adult Sunday! Pastor Jim is almost back from his trip to Japan, and the Young Adult Life Group was exciting to inspire the congregation. We reflect on Ecclesiastes 3:1-11 and how there is a time for everything, even the big and small emotions. Also, thank you to our veterans - may your service always be remembered with love, and your story never forgotten.

Whole-Body Spirituality - "Wisdom & Fasting"

Join us for the last portion of Pastor Jim's two-part sermon series on Whole-Body Spirituality! Our special guest has some WISDOM to share, and we are so excited to bring it to you. Also, how is it almost the end of 2024?!? "If pride controls us, it will be revealed almost immediately… Anger, bitterness, jealousy, strife, fear – if they are within us, they will surface during fasting.” (Richard Foster)

Whole-Body Spirituality - "Spirituality & Fasting"

Hungry? Join us for a special look into Joel 2:12-16 as we explore the human body through spirituality and fasting. Our special guest (or maybe guests??) sure have some methodist insight to share! Also, we hope you had a wonderful Halloween!!

Growing Together - 3 in 1 Special Episode

Join us for a special episode that launches season 2! We dive into the past three sermons from Pastor Jim's Growing Together sermon series, focusing on discipleship. Also, how does Jessica have less than four months left in her pregnancy already?!?

Season 1

I Once Was Blind

Join us for an episode that will open your eyes! Literally! Pastor Jim shared his narrative sermon from the perspective of the (formally) blind man himself. We discuss spiritual blindness and how God has opened our eyes in so many amazing ways! Also, Beth has a show coming up?!?!

PRAYING HUMAN - 'Joy'

Joy-n us as we go through Psalm 126, and how it can enable, embolden, and empower us to experience true joy. We talk about the difference between happiness and joy; how joy is considered a deeper, more consistent state that is connected to internal fulfillment, purpose, or spiritual well-being. Also, is Tim officially a farmer now?!?

PRAYING HUMAN - 'Loneliness'

Join us...no really, we don't want you to be alone! This episode focuses on the nation's big issue with loneliness, and how Psalm 142 is a deliverance from persecutors. Life is hard, but God wants to hear from you, so look to God! When all others turn their backs, we can trust in God for strength, support, encouragement, and grace. Also, did you know that loneliness can lead to a 26% higher risk of early death?!?

PRAYING HUMAN - 'Anger'

Don't get mad, read Psalm 137! This week, Pastor Jim talked about anger, but not how to refrain from the emotion - you can use it as increased motivation, improved communication, boundary setting, emotional awareness, and more! We talk about how anger has impacted our lives, but more importantly, how we can recognize our anger and use it for good. Also, is Beth on SNL?!?

PRAYING HUMAN - 'Fear'

Join us as we discuss the first of Pastor Jim's four-week sermon series on the book of Psalms, PRAYING HUMAN. While fear can be overwhelming, God is big enough to handle any of our emotions! Also, we're getting another co-host?!?

"Really Good Bread" - Guest Preacher Edition

Join us as we discuss our favorite topic - BREAD! Pastor Matt Seargeant shared insight through John 6:51-58, and how Jesus was controversial both back in his day, and today! Also, bread bowl or banana bread?!?
