I'm going to tell you a little bit about my experiences with coaching and if I like it, if I don't like it, whether I think it's good, whether I think it's bad.
All that good stuff I'm not going to give you all the details right now. I'm not talking about sports coaching, I'm talking about like business coaching and personal coaching and momentum coaching and all that kind of good stuff.
