Life train 1
It is important to highlight that the success of this podcast will rely on your commitment to the programme. Through research we have discovered that it is most beneficial if you listen or read each stage of the life train a minimum of 8 times to develop a clear understanding of what is being talked about. Part 1 aims to explain thoughts, feelings behaviours and the influence these have on ourselves and others we interact with. We hope that by gaining insight into our emotions will empower you to make positive changes in your life therefore improving your overall outcomes.
