All of us have received a cancer diagnosis or know someone close to us who has. And it's terribly frightening to hear that word, isn't it? It's hard not to hear it and not think "death sentence". And yet there are people who have healed from it and remained cancer-free, and surprisingly to many we are sure, they have done it through their own lifestyle changes.
Meet Chris Wark. You may know him from "Chris Best Cancer", his website of resources and his best-selling books. In 2003, at the age of 26 years old, Chris was diagnosed with Stage IIIc colon cancer.
