On this episode, Christina and Piper discuss their favorite movies and TV shows together, explaining why they find them so compelling and why they believe you would too. From funny to heartwarming, they've got the best suggestions for your next movie night or binge-worthy shows to bring you and your teens closer.Piper discusses some negative habits that parents might not realize they are doing, which can have long-term effects on their children. She also shares some insights into how young children can begin to internalize negative things that their parents say. We wanted to make the episode a little more fun and lighthearted, but our main goal was to demonstrate how easy it can be to communicate with your teenager. If you only talk to them about serious or stressful matters, they will eventually avoid talking to you altogether. Even if the things they want to discuss might seem trivial to you, it's important to remember that they simply want to talk to you, and if you don't find their interests engaging, they will feel discouraged. By engaging with your teenager on smaller topics, you can eventually build trust and open the door to more meaningful conversations. In this episode, Christina talks about what she thinks about Piper's friends and why she doesn't give Piper a time limit on texting her friends. To our surprise, most of the episode is made up of a cameo from our mischievous black cat, Binx, who has an unnatural attachment to his woman, Piper.
