Elana, a Southern California “intergenerational ambassador,” explains her purpose of serving others, especially seniors, bridging generational gaps, and acting as a cheerleader who helps people see their own light. They discuss giving without expecting anything in return, learning to receive, and moving from transactional helping to healthy support. Elana shares how multiple car accidents and later a back injury forced her to slow down, ask for help, release control, and stop letting setbacks define her, including stepping away from a HIIT training role that no longer fit her body. They emphasize self-love, listening to the body, and daily progress.
