1. Why do we need to know Jesus?
Paul tells us that, without Jesus, all humanity is dead in sin, dominated, and stands condemned.
2. How can we know Jesus?
But God, because of the great love, has given us life on the basis of his Son. This reality is a gift from God purely devoid of any human contribution. It is by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus.
3. What happens to us upon knowing Jesus?
Hence, today, a person is saved only by grace through faith by virtue of being united with Christ. What the Father does to Jesus, for instance, in raising and enthroning him, He does to us. Therefore, we are revived, raised, and recreated with a new heart towards Him.
