In 2000, when her daughter Kelly was diagnosed with autism, celiac disease, and more than twenty-five food intolerances, Suzie and her daughter faced a world of limited food options. Suzie channeled her family’s love of pretzels to create the world’s first grain-free pretzel. Not only that, Suzie has been on a mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals.
