Balance as we know it, is a myth

In this episode I break down my view on why balance as we know it is a myth and how to really focus on realistic balance, that also give a realistic chance of success across all sectors of your life. When striving for "Balance", it feels almost impossible to make any real progress and often turns into a taking action in 4 different directions at once, and getting absolutely nowhere. the reality is, balance doesn't come from doing all things at once, it comes from prioritizing, focusing, executing then moving on to the next thing in a series of mini sprints. In this episode we cover: -why balance is not like a light switch but more a combination of dimmers. -the process of dialing up in one area and the necessary focus with that -the cost and imbalance that comes along with progress -and the distinction between passion and obsession and how both are vital in forward movement.
