In this weeks episode, Han is joined by Suzanne Samaka, the founder of the #honestyaboutediting campaign.

Suzanne has witnessed the impact that social media has on children and young people in terms of increasing the prevalence of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and eating disorders. This is the reason she started this campaign.

Suzanne is on a mission to change the laws around edited images on social media by highlighting when an image has been manipulated in order to tackle the expectations we as a society are putting on ourselves - that are unrealistic.

With Suzanne, we discuss social media, editing, the impact our on self-esteem, and how parents can support their children through this challenging stage of life.
