We are joined by Chris Scott, who is a doctor of physical therapy currently operating out of Moxi3. He recently left a traditional, insurance-based PT clinic to open his own practice, REO. His practice prioritizes arming patients with the tools to maintain a well-oiled machine. Opposed to the traditional health care model, Chris finds the root of his patients’ problems and fixes them. He teaches us that the key to a pain-free life is keeping your body moving. We also learn about the importance of dynamic stretching prior to working out versus static stretching post workout.
